Emergency First Aid
These excellent resources are from St John Ambulance and available on YouTube. Their comprehensive lessons are a great way to remind or teach yourself basic first aid. I have brought them all into one place and created a knowledge check quiz at the end of each lesson and a summary assessment to enhance your learning experience. Allow at least 2 hours to cover this course. It can be covered in multiple sessions.
